Young Consulting Project

Young Consulting Project is the project at the Japanese Institute of Decision which tries to support young individuals in growth. This project is intended to help youngs develop autonomy and abilities for understanding, thinking, representation, and execution. Through Young Consulting Project, analyzing themselves and deciding their goal, youngs intend to improve themselves and to get the future which they hope, and they can realize the importance of self-fulfillment.

In the view of the management strategist Naonari Hoshide, most of youngs in Japan do not have passion on their own life and oppotunities to develop basic abilities, for instance, for design, management, collaboration, and so on. Improvement requires to make independent view, to try with bravery, and to reflect effectively from experience. This project respects autonomy of young and encourages youngs to try with self-responsibility for their improvement.
